Every semester The Hoya, Georgetown's student newspaper, publishes a Food Issue where we highlight simple food to make at home. This semester, I got to witness the fabulous Remy Samuels in action as she made some homemade bread, a French Vinaigrette salad, Tartiflette, and a Dark Chocolate-Salted Carmel Layer Cake.
